I think this is a valuable tool, though to be used in conjunction with others.

Personally I’m extremely abstract in my thoughts, so visualizations aren’t my strong suit. For others, they seem to help.

This tool should really be applied most effectively on policies. Who does it benefit most? Seems like it could be applied to incorporate monetary benefits versus social benefits. Expense-loss-benefit?
