RFK Jr Goes “Independent” (?)

NYT is reporting that RFK Jr is planning to announce that he will run as an Independent or third party candidate.
Meanwhile he has met with the chair of the Libertarian Party.
This goes exactly with my prior critique of RFK Jr.
