I’m presently writing a series on how the media brainwashes Americans in ways that they have no idea. Inluding the fact that our “Intelligence” community and political campaigns are nothing but marketing campaigns, while marketing is based entirely on manipulative psychology.

One of the most effective ways we could eliminate the influence of corporate money from politics would be to fund all elections, bottom to top, through taxes. Equal funding for the top 4 parties, not two. Open primaries, open debates, ranked choice voting. Then we could work on making corporate lobbying a criminal offense for lobbyists and lobbied officials with mandatory prison sentencing, never allowing lobbied officials to run for or hold public office again.
