If you read what the Founding Fathers wrote, even they opposed corporations and corporate power. The only way corporations should be accepted is with extreme social controls in place and to separate them from government functioning through publicly (tax) funded elections, making lobbying a criminal act, etc. Bribery of elected officials should be prosecuted with mandatory prison terms, no parole.
