BTW, you really need to look up the side effects of Nexium (black box warning) and Advair. I’m a nurse, so I can tell you but you would still call me irrational for bringing it up.

Oh and there is no evidence for low dose aspirin being effective for cardiac use. I’m a cardiac nurse and can say that. The only evidence is anecdotal at best. It’s a marketing ploy that drove up the price and popularity of aspirin. You may look up the risks of Tylenol as well. While all medications have risks, some carry far worse risks. Like liver damage.
